1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

يحق لك طلب استبدال أو استرجاع خلال 14 يوم من استلام الطلب.

2. Package Inspection

We allow you to open and inspect your order upon delivery to ensure everything is correct before final acceptance.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition
With all original tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

المنتجات يجب أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة وبالكروت والتغليف الأصلي.

4. Shipping & Return Fees

Return or exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Refund Method

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed via:
Instapay or Vodafone Cash

Processing time may take up to 10 business days.

يتم استرجاع المبلغ عبر Instapay أو Vodafone Cash خلال مدة قد تصل إلى 10 أيام عمل.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will take full responsibility for resolving the issue.

في حالة وصول منتج خاطئ أو به عيب، يرجى التواصل معنا فورًا وسيتم حل المشكلة بالكامل على حسابنا.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Accessories and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع الإكسسوارات أو المنتجات المخفضة (Final Sale).

8. Right to Refuse Requests

THE ONE reserves the right to رفض أي طلب استبدال أو استرجاع لا يطابق الشروط المذكورة.
